Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery time estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to eligible regions available at checkout.

If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to fulfill delivery to that address at this time.


Tracking Information

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, mystore is not responsible for lost packages.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

mystore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


International Shipping

If applicable, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
